Mr. Daniels holds a Masters Degree in Music Education with a concentration in Double Bass Performance from the University of Rhode Island. As an educator he has been teaching in public schools for 10 years and has worked in the Dartmouth Public Schools as a string specialist since 2019. Daniels also teaches at UMass Dartmouth teaching applied bass. He is active in organizing music festivals and has served as an adjudicator and ensemble manager in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. As a bassist he has performed with the Metropolitan Wind Symphony, the New England Symphony Orchestra, and many community ensembles. Mr. Daniels has been a conductor for SEMAYO since 2017 and is very excited to be taking on the role of program coordinator.
