Prokofiev’s magical tale Peter and the Wolf is a family favorite in which Peter and a multitude of wild animals are brought to life by the orchestra’s instruments in a tale of good triumphing over evil. This exciting musical experience features Magic Circle Mime Company, live narration, and terrific surprises, and is a great way to introduce the orchestra to your child and to those young at heart. Magic Circle Mime Co. is regarded as one of today’s premier family attractions with performances that blend the concert orchestra with visual theater. They have performed their highly acclaimed show with nearly every major North American orchestra.
